Exclusions
- Single room supplement for the entire journey (If there are single travelers of different genders or natural single rooms, guests shall pay the single room supplement by themselves)
- Travel accident insurance
- Personal consumption (such as laundry in the hotel, telephone calls and other unmentioned services)
- Hotel accommodation deposit
- Ground service fees (transportation fees to/from railway stations in various places, luggage storage fees, etc.)
- Meal and transportation fees during free activity periods outside the itinerary
- Additional fees caused by unexpected events such as traffic delays or cancellations, or force majeure factors like wars, strikes, natural disasters, etc.
- Self - paid items not included in the itinerary
- Additional fees paid due to personal property losses caused by travelers' breach of contract, their own faults, their own illnesses, etc.

If the traveler’s itinerary is reduced due to force majeure or events that cannot be avoided even after the travel agency and its auxiliary service providers have exercised reasonable care, we will refund the fees for unutilized services. For travel delays, we will assist with arrangements, but additional costs incurred shall be borne by the traveler.
3. Unauthorized departure from the group without prior consultation will be deemed a traveler breach. Unfinished portions of the itinerary will be considered voluntarily abandoned, with no refunds provided. We also assume no responsibility for additional costs arising therefrom. For normal item refunds (tickets, accommodations), our agency’s discounted price will be used as the standard, not the listed price.
4. This product involves group travel with individual participants from across the country. Due to its nature, waiting may occur depending on specific flights, weather, road conditions, train schedules, different departure times, and hotel accommodations, as well as the coordination of travelers with varying itineraries. All scheduled times are estimates and may have some errors. Travelers assume responsibility for personal property losses caused by public transportation. If a traveler cannot participate due to reasons not attributable to our agency, we will charge for incurred costs plus a business reservation loss. If a replacement participant is needed, a new contract must be signed. No refunds will be given for requests to leave the group after departure. For itinerary changes not caused by our agency, no compensation will be provided for reduced portions, and additional costs will be borne by the traveler.
